About EURvision
The Biggest Talent Hunt in Rotterdam
EURvision is the Erasmus equivalent of the Eurovision Song Contest.
Talented songwriters get to perform their own song in front of a large audience.
All EUR students can back their favourite contestant by attending the finals, cheering and voting.
Road to the Finals
On the 12th of March 2025, the video recordings of the 16 semi-finalists will be schowcased on Instagram, Facebook, and on the website, where the audience can vote for their top 3 artists.
A total of 8 finalists will be selected to compete at the grand finale in May.
Professional songwriters will assist the finalists in arranging their song to be performed with a full orchestra.
In order to win, contestants will need to gather votes from the judges panel and the audience.

- Participant registration deadline: March 5th (online)
- Online voting selection: March 16th- March 22nd
- Voting via google form
- Grand Finale: May 26th (Location: Erasmus Paviljoen Theatre)

- Perform your own song in front of up to 850 people
- Have a full backing orchestra to your availability
- Get your song arranged with the help of established singer-songwriters
Win Amazing Prizes
- The 8 finalists will receive a live-recording of their performance
- The EURvision winner will receive two tickets for one day for the North Sea Jazz Festival 2025
- The winner will be invited to perform at bigger venues next year
How to Participate
- Register using the form to secure your spot
- Submit a recording of you singing the song, alone or with an instrumental backing, before March 5th
- Get your video displayed on our social media and share your video to get the most votes
- Compose your song with professional songwriters to be performed with a full orchestra
- Make sure your friends, family and student association join the audience to vote for you during the finals
- Perform your song live during the grand finale in May
